Scopul nostru este sprijinirea şi promovarea cercetării ştiinţifice şi facilitarea comunicării între cercetătorii români din întreaga lume.
The Department of Psychology from Babes-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca, Romania, organizes between:
September 12-19 2003
a summer school on developmental psychology. Topics include several aspects of the development across the life span, mainly from an information processing perspective.
Special guests: – prof. Linda Smith – Indiana University, USA –
„The self-organizing nature of development: Examples from word learning”.
– prof. Michael Thomas – Birkbeck College,
University of London, UK – „Typical and atypical development – connexionist models”
All lectures will be in English.
The participation fee is 50E for Romania participants and 100E for foreign participants. The fee includes: lectures, lecture materials, coffee-breaks, cocktail party. If requested, we can offer accomodation which is not included in the participation fee.
Available places: – 25 for UBB students (Cluj-Napoca)
– 15 for students from other Romanian universities
– 10 for foreign students
We also welcome post-graduates and professionals in the field to join the summer school at the same participation fee and in the total of 50 places available.
