Rezumat:
The paper attempts to explain the objectivity of globalisation process using the mathematical theory of topological structures. Besides the geometrical distance and geometrical topology, the informational distance and informational topology are defined. Informational distance is a function whose value for a pair of persons / collectivises is equal to the length of the interval of time necessary to useful information that leaving from Q arrives at P. A hierarchy of topologies that have structured the human life on the Earth is presented. Nowadays the world benefits by the finest topology, the Topology of Communication by Internet (TCI). The globalisation is presented as a multidimensional vector function defined on the set of the world population. The projections of this vector function on the subsystems of the human life refer to the political, economic, military, cultural or religious life. The continuity of this function in the sense of the TCI expresses the fact that the globalisation phenomenon may be controlled and monitored.
