Rezumat:

Analysis of parliamentary oversight function over the executive branch starts from the premise that, beyond the constitutional regulations manifestations of parliamentary control, record specific questions related to the type of political regime.
Parliamentary control is one of the great powers of legislative power. Its function is an eminently political function, and finding the original source in the sovereign power of the people who entrusted, through the representative office, his right to watch over the executive authorities’ activities and its representatives. Political nature of parliamentary control does not exclude liability of the controlled training where it is noted that the law has been violated.
