Marilena Plesu (Lupu)

Marilena Plesu's publications focus on various aspects of transplantation biology, stem cell plasticity, histocompatibility testing, graft-versus-host disease prevention and treatment, hematopoietic cell transplantation for the treatment of hematological malignancies and Duchenne muscular dystrophy, the use of placental tissues and bone marrow derived endothelial progenitors in cell therapy for vascular repair and regeneration, and tumor angiogenesis.
