studii asupra descarcarilor electrice in gaze, diagnoza plasmei prin metode electrice, a unor instabilitati in dispozitivele cu plasma, a unor structuri autoorganizate care apar in plasma, semiconductori, medii chimice si biologice, studiul descarcarilor electrice in atmosfera terestra, in special a fulgerului globular, precum si studii asupra neutralizarii deseurilor medicale prin metode fizice (plasma si microunde), sterilizarea cu plasma etc.
