Asociația Ad Astra a anunțat câștigătorii Premiilor Ad Astra 2022: http://premii.ad-astra.ro/. Proiectul și-a propus identificarea și popularizarea modelelor de succes, a rezultatelor excepționale ale cercetătorilor români din țară și din afara ei.

Asociatia Ad Astra a cercetatorilor romani lanseaza BAZA DE DATE A CERCETATORILOR ROMANI DIN DIASPORA. Scopul acestei baze de date este aceea de a stimula colaborarea dintre cercetatorii romani de peste hotare dar si cu cercetatorii din Romania. Cercetatorii care doresc sa fie nominalizati in aceasta baza de date sunt rugati sa trimita un email la cristian.presura@gmail.com

Stefan Trausan-Matu, PhD, is a full professor at the Computer Science Department of the "Politehnica" University of Bucharest, Romania, where he teaches Analysis of Algorithms, Design of Algorithms, Natural Language Processing, Human-Computer Interaction, Adaptive and Collaborative Systems. He is also a senior researcher at the Romanian Academy Institute for Artificial Intelligence (RACAI). He was a Fulbright Scholar Visiting Professor at Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA, USA. He authored or edited 23 books, 40 book chapters and more than 400 published papers and reports. He was director at 7 international and 15 national projects and participated to others as a member. He is a vice president of the Romanian ACM-SIGCHI.
