premii Ad Astra

Asociația Ad Astra a anunțat câștigătorii Premiilor Ad Astra 2022: http://premii.ad-astra.ro/.

Asociatia Ad Astra a cercetatorilor romani lanseaza BAZA DE DATE A CERCETATORILOR ROMANI DIN DIASPORA.

flag Details:
I am involved in studies concerning the molecular mechanism of vision and biophysical properties of the photoreceptor cell membrane.
Interactions of low frequency electromagnetic fields with biological membranes.
I spent 3 years in Max Planck Institute for Molecular Physiology in Dortmund (Germany) where i participated in the elucidation of the 3D structure of a membrane protein complex involved in the signal transduction cascade of the phototactic behavior of some bacteria.
More recently I am involved in application of different nanotechnologcal methodes used for biological studies.
Another domain of interest is the use o optical tweezers in biological studies.
