Detalii:
Activitatea de cercetare vizeaza ameliorarea speciilor pomicole (prun, nuc, castan comestibil si alun) prin crearea de soiuri noi pretabile pentru cultura in Romania. Alte directii de cercetare se refera la identificarea, evaluarea, propagarea, conservarea si utilizarea germoplasmei pomicole.

Details:
The research activity is focused on fruit tree plant breeding (plum, walnut, sweet chestnut and hazelnut) through obtaining of new cultivars suitable for growing in Romania. Other research topics are reffering to identification, evaluation, propagation, conservation and utilization of fruit tree germplasm.
