Experienta de 20 de ani in cercetare in domeniile mentionate. Peste 150 lucrari stiintifice publicate sau prezentate la conferinte internationale si nationale. Participare in 17 contracte de cercetare-dezvoltare. Membru al Comitetului Tehnic de Standardizare ASRO (ASRO / NMC / TC 95; din 2011). Expert evaluator pentru Agenţia Românã de Asigurare a Calitãţii în Învãţãmântul Superior (ARACIS, 2008). Expert în calificari agro-alimentare pentru Autoritatea Naţionalã pentru Calificãri ANC (din 2011) şi ESCO (European Skills, Competences, Qualifications and Occupations (membru al grupului de lucru ESCO - Fabricarea produselor alimentare, bãuturi şi tutun, din 2013). Expert individual pentru EFSA (Autoritatea Europeanã pentru Siguranţa Alimentarã), 2008. Expert tehnic pentru Asociatia Romana de Acreditare RENAR, 2012. Membru al Comitetului ştiinţific la conferinţe internaţionale şi reviste. Expert evaluator CNCSIS, ANCS, CNMP, AMCSIT Politehnica, FP5-7, Horizon 2020, BNSF, RFC.
