Asociația Ad Astra a anunțat câștigătorii Premiilor Ad Astra 2022: http://premii.ad-astra.ro/. Proiectul și-a propus identificarea și popularizarea modelelor de succes, a rezultatelor excepționale ale cercetătorilor români din țară și din afara ei.

Asociatia Ad Astra a cercetatorilor romani lanseaza BAZA DE DATE A CERCETATORILOR ROMANI DIN DIASPORA. Scopul acestei baze de date este aceea de a stimula colaborarea dintre cercetatorii romani de peste hotare dar si cu cercetatorii din Romania. Cercetatorii care doresc sa fie nominalizati in aceasta baza de date sunt rugati sa trimita un email la cristian.presura@gmail.com

Adrian Pop detine un doctorat si un masterat in istorie din partea Universitatii Babes-Bolyai din Cluj-Napoca si un masterat in stiinte politice din partea Universitatii Central Europene din Budapesta. A beneficiat de o bursa postdoctorala de cercetare la Colegiul de Aparare al NATO din Roma, precum si de o bursa postdoctorala Fulbright la Universitatea Maryland, SUA.
Este profesor la Facultatea de Stiinte Politice a Scolii Nationale de Studii Politice si Administrative si preda si la alte universitati din Bucuresti cursuri de relatii internationale, organizatii internationale, geopolitica, integrare europeana si euro-atlantica, cooperare regionala in Europa Centrala si de Sud-Est si caderea comunismului in Estul Europei.
Aria sa prioritara de interes stiintific vizeaza integrarea europeana si euro-atlantica, formele de cooperare regionala din Europa Centrala, de Sud-Est si bazinul Marii Negre si prabusirea comunismului in Rasaritul Europei.

Adrian Pop holds a Ph.D. and a M.A. in History from Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania and a M.A. in Political Sciences from Central European University in Budapest, Hungary. He is a former International Research Fellow with the NATO Defense College in Rome, Italy and a former Fulbright Visiting Scholar with the University of Maryland, USA.
He is Professor with the Faculty of Political Sciences at the National School for Political Studies and Public Administration in Bucharest and teaches also at other universities in Bucharest courses at graduate and undergraduate levels on international relations, international organizations, geopolitics, European and Euro-Atlantic integration, regional co-operation in Central and South Eastern Europe and the breakdown of Communism in Eastern Europe.
His personal research interests include the European and Euro-Atlantic integration, the regional and sub-regional frameworks of co-operation pertaining to Central, South Eastern Europe and the Black Sea region, as well as the East European Communism.
