Rezumat:

When a chromophoric group is introduced into the appropriate position in calix[4]arenes one may expect novel association and spectral properties.This paper describes the synthesis of two „chcomophoric calixarenes” by coupling reactions between calix[4]arene and diazonium salts corresponding to 4 amino benzo 15-crown-5 and sulphanilic acid. Coupling reactions were carried out in heterogeneous medium in order to diminishing the rate of coupling and avoid the introductionof chromophoric azo-group in all p- positions. The metall complexation behaviour of newly prepared compounds was investigated with the help of UV-VIS and IR spectroscopy. The facilitated transport with azo-calixarene derivatives of some cations through ferrofluid membranes was studied.
