Rezumat:
The present work paper is proposing itself to studying factors that contribute to the development of antisocial behavior through a comparative study between institutional environments *(home school type) and the non-institutional type*(minor host family); together with reports made to the conditions, level of education and relationships established, typological some ways, evolutionary nature, determining the appearances of acts and phenomenon of deviant behavior and delinquency.
It’s intended purpose of research is to contribute as much as possible, suggested in implementing measures to prevent, control and recovery of children belonging to that category, who commit „illegal acts” manifested.
I focused on this theme because it represents the major importance of educating the younger generation, in the spirit of a value system based on principles of morality, ethics and promoting the real values of society.
Research is carried out over a period of 4 months, February to April 2009, with the target group 42 pupils living in the home school, 74 non-institutionalized children and a total of 16 teachers and responsible homes, and 21 teachers institutionalized children teach, staying with family.
