Subject: Workshop on Quantitative Biology
Dear Friends:
From May 14 to May 25 Eugen Gheorghiu and myself are organizing a workshop on
quantitative Biology which will bring together a number of leaders in
the field of computational biology, systems biology and biophysics. All
lectures will take place at the International Center for Biodynamics (Aleea
Portocalelor, Bucuresti and there is no
registration or participating fee..
Bellow I am attaching the program with the hope that you can encourage some of
the best young faculty and students in mathematics, linguistics, computer
science, physics, chemistry,
and biology to take advantage of this event. We are hoping for an audience
between 40-50. Each speaker will be giving 3 lectures which will be a
self-contained introduction to their fields.
Please let me know of your interest in this event in order to make sure we can
accommodate you and your students in the transportation and meal arrangements.
Best regards,
Andrei
