premii Ad Astra

Asociația Ad Astra a anunțat câștigătorii Premiilor Ad Astra 2022: http://premii.ad-astra.ro/. Proiectul și-a propus identificarea și popularizarea modelelor de succes, a rezultatelor excepționale ale cercetătorilor români din țară și din afara ei.

Asociatia Ad Astra a cercetatorilor romani lanseaza BAZA DE DATE A CERCETATORILOR ROMANI DIN DIASPORA.

The Relationship Between The Integrated Tourism Development Of A Region And The Respective Local Communities Of Romania. A Moral Approach

The current social and economic stage of development observed in Romania and, implicitly, that of the national tourism, requires a new type of approach vis-à-vis the “tourism development” concept. Until the 90s, tourism development was carried out in a centralized fashion and, in most cases, with little regard to the impact that strategy had on the environment and the local population. This strategy- which, in some cases, is still applied today-has

DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF MENSTRUAL PSYCHOSIS VERSUS MENSTRUAL EXACERBATION OF SCHIZOAFFECTIVE DISORDER IN THE CONTEXT OF ACCULTURATION DIFFICULTIES: A CASE REPORT

Introduction: The perimenstrual period is associated with increased psychiatric disturbances of both neurotic and psychotic nature. Menstrual psychotic disorder (MPD) is an uncommon condition, not universally accepted within the classifications of functional psychosis; its symptoms are not included under actual definitions of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). The MPD diagnosis requires specific features and excludes acute menstrual-related exacerbations

Sediment-magnetic evidence for last millennium drought conditions at the prairie-forest ecotone of northern United States

Droughts are recurrent features in sedimentary records at the prairie-forest ecotone of northern U.S.A. It is therefore important to understand the duration of such events, as well as their severity and consequences beyond the century-scale instrumental record. The existing drought records can be complemented with additional proxies that clearly document the interactions between external factors and the depositional environment. Here we attempt to

IMPLEMENTATION OF A MULTI-AGENT COMPUTATIONAL MODEL OF RETAIL BANKING MARKET USING NETLOGO

We describe a multi-agent model of retail market of one bank that has n=100 customers. We do a number of 11 computer experiments that study the evolution of total amount of money, of savings, of available money to loans, of wallets, and of bank reserves in function of reserves rate ranging from 0 to 100 percents. The conclusions of these experiments are: (i) The total amount of money, savings, available money for loans, wallets, and loans is decreasing

epsilon((infinity)) Cantorian space-time, polarization gravitational field and van der Waals-type forces

Abstract: Some abilities of the SRT theory in studying the polarization gravitational field are analyzed. Thus, one builds a set of Maxwell-type equations for the polarization gravitational field and one studies the behaviour of a gravitomagnetic charge in such fields on a fractalic space-time. One finds that the interaction between the gravitomagnetic charge and the polarization gravitational field reduces to the Van der Waals gravitational type

El Naschies Cantorian space–time and general relativity by means of Barbilians group. A Cantorian fractal axiomatic model of space–time

Abstract One builds the vacuum metrics of the stationary electromagnetic field through the complex potential model. There are thus emphasized both a variational principle, independent on the Ricci tensor, and some internal symmetries of the vacuum solutions. One shows that similar results may be obtained using the Barbiliants group. By analytical continuation of a Barbilian transformation the link between the fixed points of the modular groups of
