Asociația Ad Astra a anunțat câștigătorii Premiilor Ad Astra 2022: http://premii.ad-astra.ro/. Proiectul și-a propus identificarea și popularizarea modelelor de succes, a rezultatelor excepționale ale cercetătorilor români din țară și din afara ei.

Asociatia Ad Astra a cercetatorilor romani lanseaza BAZA DE DATE A CERCETATORILOR ROMANI DIN DIASPORA. Scopul acestei baze de date este aceea de a stimula colaborarea dintre cercetatorii romani de peste hotare dar si cu cercetatorii din Romania. Cercetatorii care doresc sa fie nominalizati in aceasta baza de date sunt rugati sa trimita un email la cristian.presura@gmail.com

a) Synthesis of core-shell Ag/Co colloidal magnetic nanoparticles and their self-organization into 2D arrays and 3D superlattices: investigation of the structure, morphology and magnetic properties
b) Novel magnetic nanostructures for nanosensors fabrication using self-assembled arrays of core-shell nanoparticles – promoter of a NATO cooperative linkage grant between NIMP-Bucharest, AUTh, Greece, and Universite du Maine, Le Mans, France
c) Influence of the substrate nature, roughness and pre-patterning on the morphology and structure of the Au/Co, Pt/Co and Ag/Co thin films and multilayers, studied by AFM, TEM and SEM
d) Ion-beam patterning and formation of periodic arrays of dots / islands and/or elongated nanowires of Ag, Au and magnetoresistive Au-Co, Ag-Co, onto InP stepped functionalized surface by sputtering in UHV system; surface analysis with scanning probe techniques
e) Exchange coupling effects in FePt / Fe thin films by magnetic force microscopy (MFM) and conventional magnetometry (VSM)
f) Interface exchange coupling at the hard-soft FePt / Fe thin films interface through non-magnetic spacer layer studied by nuclear resonant forward scattering

j) Surface anisotropy effects on magnetic properties in nanoparticles and materials with antiphase boundaries studied by Monte Carlo simulations
k) Theoretical studies of magnetic properties of nanoparticles and nanocrystalline materials by Monte Carlo simulation using parallel computational facilities
l) Giant magnetoresistance effects in Cu-Co-(Fe,Si) and Cu-(SmCo5)-(Fe,Si) granular alloys: synthesis, characterization and investigation of the structural and electron transport properties as a function of exchange coupling between soft and hard magnetic phases
m) Investigation of the structural and soft magnetic properties of the (Fe,Gd)-Cu-Nb-Si-B thin films and ribbons (Finemet-type) and also of the nanocrystalline phases induced by annealing treatments
n) Spin structure, crystallization processes and characterization of metastable and nanocrystalline phases during annealing of Fe-RE-B (RE – rare earth) exchange spring nanocomposites
o) Noncollinear spin structures studied via Mossbauer and magnetic measurements of the FeRh anti-invar alloy with exchange bias properties
p) Structural investigation by X-ray diffraction and Mössbauer spectroscopy of ferrofluids and other fine magnetic particles
