Asociația Ad Astra a anunțat câștigătorii Premiilor Ad Astra 2022: http://premii.ad-astra.ro/. Proiectul și-a propus identificarea și popularizarea modelelor de succes, a rezultatelor excepționale ale cercetătorilor români din țară și din afara ei.

Asociatia Ad Astra a cercetatorilor romani lanseaza BAZA DE DATE A CERCETATORILOR ROMANI DIN DIASPORA. Scopul acestei baze de date este aceea de a stimula colaborarea dintre cercetatorii romani de peste hotare dar si cu cercetatorii din Romania. Cercetatorii care doresc sa fie nominalizati in aceasta baza de date sunt rugati sa trimita un email la cristian.presura@gmail.com

2001: graduated as a military physician (University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Carol Davila”, Medical Military Institute in Bucharest)
2002: physician at the Central Clinical Emergency Military Hospital in Bucharest; in parallel: Master Program in Biophysics and Molecular Biotechnology at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy.
2003: started at the Army's Medical Research Institute in the morphology group of dr. M.E. Hinescu;
2003-2007: PhD research project on the mechanisms of remodeling of small arteries, coordinated by prof.dr. E. van Bavel, at the Department of Medical Physics, Academic Medical Center, University of Amsterdam;
2007-present time: postdoctoral fellow at the University of Lund, Sweden, working in the field of atherosclerosis, within the Vascular Wall Program Project.
