Formare profesionala: Liceul Dinicu Golescu din Campulung-Muscel (1985); Diploma de inginer la Universitatea Transilvania din Brasov, specializarea Automobile (1991); Doctorat in Inginerie Mecanica - Mecanisme, titlul tezei: Optimizarea cinematico-dinamica a mecanismelor de ghidare a puntilor din spate ale automobilelor(1998); Profesor universitar la Universitatea Transilvania din Brasov (din 1992; gradul de profesor in 2004). Conducator de doctorat in Inginerie Mecanica (din 2009).
Publicatii: 10 carti, 6 cursuri universitare, peste 200 articole stiintifice (publicate inclusiv in reviste si volume de conferinte internationale - indexate ISI, SCOPUS, COMPENDEX, INSPEC, CSA, EBSCO, IEEE Xplore, FISITA, VINITI).

Background: High-school Dinicu Golescu of Campulung-Muscel (1985); Enginner diploma to University Transilvania of Brasov, Automotive specialization (1991); PhD in Mechanical Engineering - Mechanisms, thesis: Dynamic optimization of the guiding linkages used for the car rear axles (1998); Professor to University Transilvania of Brasov (since 1992; professor degree in 2004). PhD Supervisor in Mechanical Engineering (since 2009).
Publications: 10 books, 6 course supports, and over 200 scientific papers (including international journals and conference proceedings - indexed ISI, SCOPUS, COMPENDEX, INSPEC, CSA, EBSCO, IEEE Xplore, FISITA, VINITI).
Member in international scientific - proffesional associations: Romanian Association for Science of Mechanisms and Machines (ARoTMM), which is affiliated to the International Federation for the Promotion of Mechanism and Machine Science (IFToMM); European Association for the Development of the Renewable Energy and Power Quality (EA4EPQ).
