Professor at the "ALEXANDRU IOAN CUZA" UNIVERSITY" AT IAşI, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, he is involved in all the academic levels: bachelor programs, masters programs, doctoral school, post university programs.

PhD thesis coordinator since 2009, in the doctoral school of the, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences.

Project manager (in 3 international projects and 5 national projects), and a team-member in other 27 research projects.

As an author, Ticu Constantin has published 7 books (4 coauthored), over 60 studies in professional journals, and presented 55 papers at national and international conferences. These publications refers to the two main fields, already mentioned: social and autobiographical memory, and, lately, the analyze of the individual and organizational factors of the employees' professional achievement and satisfaction.
