I am Jamal Akhter Siddique, have submitted (in Aug 2010) my Ph.D thesis in Biophysical Chemistry entitle, “Physico-chemical Studies of Biological/Biochemical Systems” under the supervision of Dr. Saeeda Naqvi (Associate Professor) Department of chemistry, Aligarh Muslim University Aligarh, India. I have gained experience in measuring a number of thermophysical and transport properties of amino acids / biomolecules in aqueous solutions of salts and drugs (i.e. viscosity, density Ultrasonic velocity etc.). While searching for a post-doc position, I have seen on your web page and wish to work with you as a post doctoral fellow.
I published one research paper in ACS and one accepted in Chin. J. Chem. of my Ph.D. work. I also communicated five research papers in different journals of international repute. (Details are mentioned in CV), and participated in several conferences and seminars to make refresh my knowledge and research attitude.
I had completed my Graduation (B.Sc) and Post-graduation (M.Sc) degree in Chemistry from University of Allahabad, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
I had been also two years working experience as QA/QC Officer in Morepen Laboratories Ltd. Parwanoo, Solan (H.P) India. (AN ISO 9001:2000, Certified, USFDA approved, Pharmaceutical Company). During my academic life I learned how to work with great efficiency under stress. I think this is important asset of a researcher.
I like team work have flair to meet new people. I don’t have any inclination towards my particular place of work.
