2007-2009- Fermentatii lactice utilizand suc de lucerna si hidrolizat de orz (ca substituienti de nutritie) si Lactobacillus paracasei 168 ca bacterie de bioconversie in vederea obtinerii izomerului L (+) al acidului lactic (Bioreactor, HPLC, determinare microbiologica)
2009-2010- Microincapsularea bacteriilor probiotice si supravietuirea lor in timpul expunerii conditiilor ucului gastro-intestinal (HPLC, FTIR, determinari microbiologice)
2010-prezent- utilizarea reziduurilor de industrie alimentara in fermentatii lactice in vederea obtinerii de produse simbiotice (HPLC, FTIR, Bioreactor)
