Asociația Ad Astra a anunțat câștigătorii Premiilor Ad Astra 2022: http://premii.ad-astra.ro/. Proiectul și-a propus identificarea și popularizarea modelelor de succes, a rezultatelor excepționale ale cercetătorilor români din țară și din afara ei.

Asociatia Ad Astra a cercetatorilor romani lanseaza BAZA DE DATE A CERCETATORILOR ROMANI DIN DIASPORA. Scopul acestei baze de date este aceea de a stimula colaborarea dintre cercetatorii romani de peste hotare dar si cu cercetatorii din Romania. Cercetatorii care doresc sa fie nominalizati in aceasta baza de date sunt rugati sa trimita un email la cristian.presura@gmail.com

- ESR study of the degradation processes of the perfluorinated membranes and corresponding model compounds for fuel cell design.
- Spin trapping, prolongation of the lifetime and selective encapsulation of spin adducts on cyclodextrins.

- Determination of CMC and aggregation behaviour of perfluorinated compounds by spin probing

Synthesis and purification of polysiloxanes and polysilanes with various functional groups on the main or side chain for various applications and structural characterization by structural studies (NMR, FT-IR) and aggregation ability by fluorescence.
- Polysilanes and polysiloxanes modification by click chemistry for surface engineering.
- Synthesis of fullerene complexes with cyclodextrins and /or copolymers NVP/siloxane in order to increase their solubility in water.
- Determination of the optimal method and conditions for obtaining new complexes of inclusion of hydrophobic antifungal drugs (sulconazole nitrate and 5 flucytosine) with native native cyclodextrins (α, β, γ cyclodextrin), β cyclodextrin derivatives (methyl and hydroxypropyl) and of the conjugates nystatin polymer hydrsoluble (PEO).
- Determination of the minimal inhibitory dose and acute toxicity studies.
-Characterization of the inclusion complexes in native cyclodextrins (α, β, γ cyclodextrin), β cyclodextrin derivatives (methyl and hydroxypropyl) and of the conjugates nystatin polymer hydrsoluble (PEO).
- Determination of the binding constants by Rose Drago and phase solubility method using UV-vis spectroscopy and of the kinetics of reaction
- Correlation between the chemical structure and supramolecular properties, auto-assembling and molecular recognition
