cientific activity: I work in the Food Toxicology Laboratory [Food Hygiene and Nutrition Laboratory] since 1979 in problems and research themes:
1. Toxicological study of new substances (Romanian) regarding:
- Acute, sub acute and chronic experiments on rats, rabbits and mice;
- Biochemical and enzymatic parameters in blood, serum, urine and organs homogenates: GGT; GOT; GPT, gr-SH; and others;
- Histopatological aspects;
- Mutagenic and Teratogenic tests.

I studied 30 new Romanian substances and I proposed the maxim admissible limits in the environmental elements (air, water, food) in my country, for pesticides, additives, metals and others (1980 - 1990 periode) - results published in book. 2. Estimating and assessment human exposure at chemical contaminants:
Pesticides, nitrates, nitrites, heavy metals, aflatoxine and others chemical pollutants in food and human body. I've analysed this chemical pollutants in:
- Foods: milk, oil, fish, vegetables, coffee, daily diets, meat, and others;
- Human body: placenta, milk, serum, urine, and adipose tissue.

I use in my research the techniques of: spectrophotometer; gas chromatography; lichid - chromatography (HPLC), atomic absorption spectrophotometer.

The results of my research were published in Romanian reviews or were sent at some International Meeting and published in Abstract Books.
