MAIN PROFESSIONAL ACHIVEMENTS
Started in 1978 year, my research activity is developed in two fields:
- semiconductor physics and technology: solar cells (first solar cells (MIS, polycrystalline and for concentrated sunlight) designed and manufactured in Romania), opto - electrical sensors and mycrosistems (first MOEMS designed and realized in Romania (chemo-optical sensor for ammonia measurements));
- environmental physics (basic research, air pollution real - time monitoring systems and higher education);
As result, 50 research projects were performed, as well as 84 papers whose 47 were presented at international conferences or were published in prestigious international reviews.
