Rezumat:
The removal of soluble organic compounds from the aqueous solutions it eusually done by reverse osmosis. this paper presents the possibility of separating the low molecular weight solutes fromvarious systems, using ultrafiltration membranes. The two considered dyes (foodstuff orange and red dispersion dye) are separated by an ultrafiltration membrane of polysulfone or polyamide, intoducing in the separation sistem surface active agents of the alkyl pyridinium, ammonium quqternary salts and alkyl-sulfate types. The presented separation process, i.e. colloidal ultrafiltration, operates under hydrodynamic conditions and usual operating pressures the process being economically much more efficient than the reverse osmosis.
