Rezumat:
In the paper a complex analysis is made regarding to the use of analytical, numerical and experimental methods for stress evaluation in the industrial structures. These studies were made in order to establish modern calculus methodologies. The comparative studies of different applied methods of such a structure evidenced the superiority of FEM analysis in respect to “exact” or simplified methods and underlined the necessity of their combining with an experimental method (strain gauge technique) for validation of the results. Taking into account these considerations, calculus methodologies can be established for the structural optimization in safety working conditions.
