Good news for the 2009 IEEE Multiconference on Systems and Control (MSC 2009,

The MSC 2009 Organizers have received the Conference Support grant intended for the
fee reduction for participants from developing countries (list
of eligible countries may be found at the web-page
http://conf.physcon.ru/msc09/supdev.html#list). The fee
may be reduced down to US$50 – US$70 or even less (depending on the number of
applicants).
