Dear Ph.D. Students,

The 2010 IEEE International Conference on Networking, Sensing and
Control (ICNSC 2010) is very pleased to organize a Doctoral Consortium
for Ph.D. students from all over the world. The objective of this
Doctoral Consortium is to provide an opportunity for Ph.D. students
to discuss their dissertation research topics, research plans, and
research methodologies with peers in the community, and use such
feedbacks and suggestions to further guide their dissertation research.
Furthermore, this Doctoral Consortium also provides a unique platform
for Ph.D. students to access the latest research development in
this field, and develop the networking with research community for
their future career development.

This Doctoral Consortium will take place in conjunction with the 2010
ICNSC Chicago, U.S.A. The program will be on the second day of the
conference (i.e., April 12, 2010). The organizing committee will
