Rezumat:

The theoretical-practical approach of the concept of regional development in the knowledge-based society involves the need for a connection with the informational-communicational paradigm.
The importance of this relationship starts from the need to realize a feedback between the communicational dynamism on the level of the modern human communities and regional dynamics. The manifestation of the knowledge-based society, as a whole, leads us to the creation of a true regional development „culture”.
At the same time, our research follows as well the perception of the communicational paradigm on an institutional level. So, in our study, we will analyze the regional impact of the communication implementation and development process in the National Forest Administration (Regia Naţionalã a Pãdurilor) – Romsilva.
