Abstract:-The paper presents a new class of variable structure systems so called PENDULAR Control systems. PENDULAR (Pendulum Efficiency with Non-linear Dynamics and Unconventional Law in Achievement of Robustness) systems are Variable Structure Systems (VSS) with a simple structure.
