Anul acesta se implinesc 40 de ani de la infiintarea specializarii de informatica din cadrul Universitatii de Vest din Timisoara. Sarbatorirea acestui eveniment va avea loc in data de 09 decembrie 2011, cu incepere de la orele 09.30, in Aula Magna "Ioan Curea" a Universitatii de Vest din Timisoara.
