Natural Scale for Employee’s Payment Based on the Entropy Law .

An econophysical modeling fated to establish an equitable scale of employees’ salary in accordance with the importance and effectiveness of labor is considered. Our model, based on the concept and law of entropy, can designate all the parameters connected to the level of personal incomes and taxations, and also to the distribution of employees versus amount of salary in any remuneration system. Consistent with the laws of classical and statistical

Magnetic behaviour of xGd2O3.(1- x)Na2O.2B2O3 glasses

Magnetic susceptibility and EPR data for xGd2O3.(1- x)Na2O.2B2O3 glasses indicate Gd3+ ions localized at three types of sites randomly distributed in the host glass. Weak antiferromagnetic interactions between Gd3+ ions generate Gd-O-Gd dimers and clusters.

Magnetic behavior of oxide lead-bismutate glasses containing transitional metal elements.

Abstract: The investigated samples are obtained by adding to the 3Bi2O3•2PbO glass matrix the transition metal oxides Fe2O3 or MnO up to 20 mol%. The temperature dependencies of the magnetic susceptibility evidence negative paramagnetic Curie temperatures suggesting the antiferromagnetic nature of the magnetic interaction between the transition metal (TM) ions in the samples studied. According to the magnetic moment values, calculated from the

Structural and Magnetic Properties of Y1-xZrxBa2Cu3O7-δ Superconducting Compounds

The high-Tc Y1-xZrxBa2Cu3O7-δ superconductive ceramic material series with x = 0.01, 0.05 and 0.10 was sintered. The system was investigated from the structural and magnetic points of view. The room temperature X-ray pattern shows only orthorhombic reflection and unreacted zirconium oxide reflection. The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility between liquid nitrogen and room temperature reflects a diamagnetic superconductive transition.

Structure and magnetic properties of Bi2O3-GeO2-Gd2O3 glasses

In this paper we present a characterisation of the local structure and magnetic properties of glasses in the xGd2O3•(100−x)[Bi2O3•GeO2] system by using infra-red (IR), electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and magnetic susceptibility measurements. The IR spectra indicate that the bismuth and germanium environments in the Bi2O3•GeO2 base glass are not strongly perturbed by gadolinium incorporation up to 30 mol% Gd2O3. The EPR spectra of the

STATISTICS OF INTERATOMIC Ni–Ni BONDS IN Ni-BASED TERNARY SOLID SOLUTIONS WITH NON-MAGNETIC ELEMENTS AND THEIR MAGNETIC BEHAVIOR

The drop of ferromagnetic moment in the ternary solid solutions Ni1-x-yCuxDy, (D = Zn, Si, Au, Al) is analyzed in terms of the statistical model of the environment-dependent moments. This probabilistic model shows that the disappearing of one Ni atom ferromagnetic moment can be assigned to the replacement of at least four Ni–Ni bindings, out of twelve, in pure nickel. This paper aims at discussing all these features that, from the point of view

Physical principles and calculus of the zone grating plate antennas for receiving satellite TV-signals

A new type of antenna is presented, to be used in receiving the electromagnetic waves retransmitted by motionless satellites. The paper deals with the theoretical considerations, design and geometric data necessary to realise the Fresnel zone plate antennae. The calculus was performed for both the normal and the oblique beam incidence on the zone type grating antenna. The device is simple, plane and efficient at lower costs than those involved by

On the magnetic behaviour of Ni-Cu-Si solid solutions

Results are presented of magnetic measurements performed on NiuCu1-u-xSix alloys with u=o.61 and o.91 in the temperature range 4.2-1200K and fields up to50 kG.. By plotting the magnetization as a function of the electron concentration of diamagnetic matrix for these alloys an universal behaviour is evidenced. It is emphasized that the magnetic properties of the NiCu system can be regarded as a peculiar case of a more general-type behaviour mainly
