Rezumat:
Noise reduction in ever faster low-voltage / low-impedance mixed-signal applications used in data-acquisition is gradually rendered ineffective by the line resistance to the decoupling capacitors. As an alternative option, the reduction of digital-interference with MEMS inductors is SPICE simulated, proving good noise reduction. The associated problem of self-perturbance is solved in a novel manner with local buffer-capacitors, also technologically integrable into MCM (multi-chip module) technology. Dynamic energy consumption is analysed in view of a capacitive-inductive energy flow that partly circumvents the CV2 dissipative mechanism.
