Rezumat:

The administration problem of the risks is not a new problem. The preoccupations in this field began in the year 1970 and lasted for 10 years, the analyses that has been realized being made up of different fields of the human sciences: administration, sociology, economy, political sciences. In this period two personalities of the field had been remarked, more exactly, the philosopher Hans Jonas, who concentrated upon the notion of responsibility and the sociologist Ulrich Beck [3] who characterized the modern society as being a „risking society”.
Then we had a period when a smaller interest had been showed as the risks and their administration are concerned. The enterprises did not mobilized in this period and they dropped in the trap of creating the value by fusions – acquisitions, by investments and by uninvestments, to which the financial markets that leaded to risking financial investments added.
The beginning of the IIIth millenary bring again into discussion the problem of administration of the risks that marked the social life for a period of 20 years, especially in the industrial field. The risks are the same, some of them amplified, other new ones appeared. Today, a lot of enterprises conform with moral and human risks, with informational risks, with risks of the new technologies and, in order to counteract them they use more often the data processing enterprises, the consultancy offices, local collectivities, public institutions and even international organizations.
The social transformations that took place institute at their turn as new factors of risk because the externalization does not always represent the better manner of fighting against the risk. The integration of the activities that are contingent for the risks can facilitate the creation of a culture of the risk, for this reason the enterprise must meditate about their choices and about their methods concerning the prevision of the future risks. As the American economist Brian Arthur [2] used to stress, some causes come and combine themselves, they are cumulating by creating the „avalanche” effect and then it is difficult to estimate and to stop the effects of the risks that manifest.
The present work has as an aim to analyze the differences between the risk and the incertitude, the nature of the risks that the actual firms confront with, the possibility of analyzing and of measuring the risks, the anticipation and the prevention of the risks, the administration directions of the risks.
