he paper presents the manufacturing and testing of resistive integrated microsensors, using as sensitive and conductive layer copper and zinc phthalocyanines, used for the detection of NO2 and NOx in polluted atmosphere, at room temperature. The measurement of the phthalocyanine chromogene layers deposited by vacuum sublimation on electrodes showed, generally, high values of the measured resistance which decreases significantly in the presence of low concentrations (ppb) of nitrous oxides this being the functioning principle of gas resistive microsensors. The electrical responses of the studied azomethine-phthalocyanine compounds show very interesting characteristics: the ability to detect extremely low nitrous oxides concentrations NOx; rapid response, operation at room temperature, the ratio conductance in the sample/conductance in air proportional with the concentration of the analyt under constant temperature, atmospheric pressure and humidity, reversibility
