ABSTRACT: Purpose of the paper was the optimization of mobile phase in natrium chloride gradient in the chromatographic separation of butyrylcholinesterase from human plasma. Materials/Methods. Butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE) was isolated from human plasma using a diethylamminoethyl-cellulose column, by elution with 0.02M acetate buffer pH=4.0, gradually increasing NaCl percentage from 10% to 80%. The procedure lasted approximately 28 days. Results.

An ion-pair mechanism with DAD (diode array detector) detection was used to quantitatively determine the four drugs. The proposed HPLC method uses a Kromasil 100-5C8 (250x4.6mm) column, gradient elution, at 25°C column temperature.

For the preparation of hydrogels, Carbopol 934 polymer was used. Release studies were conducted using both hydrophobic (polycarbonate) and hydrophilic (mixed cellulose esters) membranes.
Read moreThe study presents the development and validation of a simple HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of metformin (MTF) and gliclazide (GCZ) in the presence of glibenclamide, in human plasma, for the clinical monitoring of MTF and GCZ after oral administration or for bioequivalence studies. Ion-pair separation followed by UV detection performed on deproteinised plasma samples was chosen for the determination of metformin and gliclazide. The

Silicon micromachining technology is applied for manufacturing the sensor substrate. The sensitive layer used is phthalocyanine (Pc) deposed by evaporation technique under high vacuum. The phthalocyanine derivatives are obtained by the same deposition technique. Considering the different sensitivities of phthalocyanines derivatives,
