Read moreIn the paper, some aspects concerning the finite element modeling of the interaction between the EMF radiated by a half-wavelength dipole antenna and 2D finite element simulations of six human models have carried out. The head geometries for an adult and for a child are considered. The SAR peak values and the absorbed power values are evaluated for different frequencies. The adult and child results are compared with those from 3D models in the literature.

We used a He-Ne laser to irradiate the mustard seeds with different exposure times. Read moreThe paper presents the investigation of the catalytic agent influence on the crystallinity degree of polymers (metallocene polyethylene). Differential scanning calorimetry was the method used to determine the crystallinity. It was underlined that the catalyst has a great influence on the crystallinity of metallocene polyethylene. The results are in good agreement with the preceeding ones.
